UHOOK will be shipped within 14 days of payment received by UHOOK UK LTD.
Shipping by Royal Mail is based on weight.
1 UHOOK in package is 75g (0.075kg) =£2.70
2 to 10 UHOOK in package is 750g (0.75kg) =£2.70
11 to 20 UHOOK in package is 1500g (1.5kg) =£3.40
Returns Policy
Product must be like new in package in order to qualify for a refund.
Product must be returned within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
Refund payment will be made to the same credit/debit card that made the original purchase at no cost.
Refund or replacement item must be initiated by a request with product information on invoice received to email: refunds@uhook.uk
